Engineering Agency Plan Review Fee
Western Carolina Regional sewer Authority (WCRSA) documents its regulations related to the management, operation and maintenance of its industrial waste pretreatment program, collection system and wastewater treatment plants in its Sewer Use and Pretreatment Regulation, the Regulation. Your firm plans to provide engineering design and service for land developers in the Upstate who connect to sewer Subdistricts’ and Municipalities’ sewers. WCRSA believes that you will continue to serve the development community in this important way.
To process your request for flow acceptance, WCRSA requires a Plan Review Fee of $220.00 for all plans submitted to its Engineering Department for review. This fee will be required for each plan submittal, which results in an approved flow acceptance letter.
