REVISIONS TO THE SEWER USE AND PRETREATMENT REGULATION
The Regulation establishes purpose and policy to regulate the use of public sewers. Revisions include modifications to Sections 1, 2, and 4. The Sewer Use Regulation update addresses pump station ownership, development in areas not covered by a public provider, and codifying the memorandum of understanding on the Babbitt Equation. The purpose of this document is to ensure the integrity of the collection systems for the benefit of the communities we all serve. Copies of WCRSA’s Sewer Use and Pretreatment Regulation may be reviewed between normal business hours at the office of WCRSA located at 575 Mauldin Road, Greenville, South Carolina. You may request the documents be emailed to you by calling 864-299-4014. All persons who attend the public hearing will be given an opportunity to speak.
