Western Carolina welcomes the opportunity for teachers throughout the Upstate to learn more about the wastewater treatment process through workshops and tours. Some of our workshops provide teachers with information to guide their students toward future employment opportunities. To understand the various jobs available in the wastewater industry, groups tour the facilities and typically attended presentations by Western Carolina’s engineering and management staff. Other school and teacher opportunities are also available. To schedule a workshop or a tour, fill out the Tour Request Form or call 864-299-4040, ext. 312.
