Vendor Application
Vendors wishing to be placed on WCRSA’s vendor file will be required to complete a vendor application form. When a vendor contacts the Purchasing Department by site visit or telephone, we require that they provide their company information to be supplied to us by going to the Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority web site or to visit the Purchasing Department at 670 Mauldin Road and fill out the Bidder Vendor Application List.
To submit an application to become a vendor for WCRSA click here to complete the online application form. Please note that you would be requested to upload a copy of your W-9 form.
Note: Completion of this Application does not insure that you will be placed on the WCRSA Vendor List. If this application has not become active within 6 months you must reapply. Placement on the bidders list is a service of convenience for the Vendor and for WCRSA. Inclusion is not a binding assurance of solicitation. To insure maximum bid participation, vendors should check for official newspaper and posted bid notices or check our web site. WCRSA requires existing vendors to update their company information and recommit to the Ethics Code on a two year cycle.
